1. Registration

Please choose the event category carefully. Confirmed registrations are non-transferable and cannot be modified.

Provide a valid phone number and email ID that you access regularly, as these will be the primary means of communication.

A baggage counter will be available on race day for outside participants. We will provide wristbands for luggage tagging.

2. Age Criteria

Minimum age:

21 KM: 16 years

10 KM: 12 years

3 KM & 5 KM: 8 years

For minors: By registering, the parent/guardian confirms they permit the child’s participation and agree that all event rules apply to the minor as if they were an adult.

3. Communication

Add support@revatrustank.com to your address book to avoid missing important updates.

We will send regular updates via SMS. These messages are not spam; participants must not raise complaints against our SMS provider.

Notices sent to the registered email address will be deemed as received.

4. Data Entry

Fill only necessary fields for mailing purposes. Avoid repeating data in multiple fields (e.g., city, province, country) as it may delay communication.

5. Assumption of Risk

Long-distance running is an extreme sport. By participating, you acknowledge and accept all risks involved and waive liability for the organizing committee in case of injury or accident.

Participants are advised to consult a physician and undergo a full medical check-up to confirm fitness for participation.

6. Risks Acknowledgement

You accept all risks, including but not limited to:

Falls

Contact with participants

Weather (heat/humidity)

Traffic

Road conditions

Arson or terrorist threats

Any other risks associated with public events

7. Liability Disclaimer

REVA Marathon 3.0 and its affiliates are not liable for any loss, illness, damage, or injury arising from participation.

8. Event Instructions & Safety

Participants must follow all instructions from organizers, medical staff, and volunteers.

You agree to stop running if instructed by medical personnel or event staff in the interest of safety.

9. Media & Personal Data

Your name and event media (photos/videos) may be used for event publicity.

Your personal information may be stored and used by REVA Marathon 3.0 or associated organizations for event management and statistics.

10. Event Changes & Force Majeure

In case of adverse weather, emergencies, or government restrictions, organizers reserve the right to cancel, stop, or postpone the event without prior notice.

11. Refund & Modification Policy

No refund, modification, or transfer of confirmed registrations or merchandise will be allowed.

Organizers reserve the right to reject applications without providing reasons. Only fees from rejected applications will be refunded (excluding bank charges).

12. Race Day Protocol

Runners must adhere to cut-off times for safety and traffic regulations.

If you are unable to attend the event for any reason, no refund will be issued.

BIB Collection:

Must be collected in person.

Can be collected by another person only with written consent of the registered runner.

No BIBs or kits will be distributed on race day.

13. Disqualification

Participants not wearing their allotted BIBs will be disqualified after post-race image verification.

14. Non-transferability

Rights and benefits under this registration are non-transferable. Only the original applicant is entitled to participate and avail associated benefits.

🔒 Registration Terms & Conditions

·         No refunds, modifications, or transfers will be allowed once a registration or merchandise purchase is confirmed.

·         No monetary refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

·         The organizers reserve the right to reject any application without assigning any reason.

·         In case of rejection, only the registration fee will be refunded — applicable bank charges, taxes, and platform fees (if any) will be deducted.
